Today, our school celebrated Children's Day. We also had a Learning Fest. It was very fun and I learnt a lot of things. My form teacher, Miss Lee gave us a lot of presents. We are then grouped into many different groups.Then, we proceeded to the Science lab. We learnt how to measure the rate of our hearts using a datalogger and how to make our own bottle garden. After that, we went to the dance studio to learn English. We learnt how to write our own diamante. It was quite interesting. We went to the concourse to learn about Chinese. We have to try to guess the answer for the riddles. I was stuck with my riddle. Luckily, my classmate, Winna is very good at guessing the answer. In fact, she managed to solve the whole group's riddle. After that, we proceeded to the AVA room for Maths. We had to play a game called " Maths Warriors". It was quite confusing at first. However, after a while I got use to playing the game. After that, we had our recess. They were selling ice-cream in the canteen. I ate the snow-skin mooncake I brought to school. When the bell rang, we went up to the hall to watch a movie. It was very touching, but I did not cry. This year's Children's Day was not as good as last year's beacause I received lesser presents.
